- A Valuation Certificate states the dollar value and is not a Diamond Laboratory Certificate. It is advisable not to purchase a diamond or any jewellery based on the valuation amount as it could be inflated.
- For added protection when making your diamond purchase, payment to Australian businesses can be made by using credit cards, such as American Express, BankCard, Diners, Master Card or Visa. These companies have specific agreements with diamond merchants selling by mail order, online, or by telephone. Many companies sell items sight unseen to clients and you have the highest protection when purchasing from My Diamonds.

| How can I be assured that the diamond I have chosen and paid for will be the one I receive? |
| All of the diamonds that 'My Diamonds' sell, either loose diamonds, or in jewellery are fully certified by GIA or other laboratories. Each diamond is given either a Diamond Report or Dossier, which includes the 4C's, Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat Weight and the identifying characteristics and proportional details of your chosen diamond. Each diamond, and all diamond jewellery purchased from 'My Diamonds' is checked against it's certificate, and is accompanied by an independent jewellery valuation. No extra fee is charged for independent valuations. |

| After I have made my purchase, how long before I receive my chosen diamond? |
| Once we have a confirmed receipt of funds (i.e bank clearance) allow 10 – 12 working days for delivery. If you are purchasing a piece of diamond jewellery, please allow for one extra week. If you have purchased the diamond or jewellery in person from our local showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you can expect your delivery within 48 hours. |

We guarantee that our products will leave our workshop without damage or any fault in craftsmanship. We do not provide guarantees for any wear and tear or misuse after 30 days.
Please note that custom made jewellery has a no return policy. 'My Diamonds' has never had an unsatisfied customer.

| How do I make a return if I need to? |
| If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us first by email or telephone 1800 766 567. We will then send return delivery instructions to you. We ask that you return the product in it's original condition with it's certification, along with the invoice and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. | Are GST, shipping, insurance and delivery charges included in the quoted price? |
We provide free overnight shipping on all orders within Australia, regardless of order amount. In addition to free shipping, our items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.
Tourist Refund Scheme: The TRS enables you to claim a refund, subject to certain conditions, of the goods and services (GST) that you pay on goods you purchase in Australia. The conditions are as follows:~
- Applicable only to goods taken as hand luggage on departure from Australia.
- Must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
- Only refundable on goods costing $300 or more, purchased at the same store.
- Must have original receipt.

2...Uses Express Post Platinum Service, Australian Air Express and Fed Ex services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.

| When I receive my engagement ring or diamond, how will 'My Diamonds' have packaged it? |
| Your ring will be presented inside a box with either a wooden presentation box inside (diamond) or a wooden ring box., and a free polishing cloth (with our compliments). The box will be tied with a 'My Diamonds' embossed ribbon and placed in a gift bag. The invoice and original diamond certificate are also included. |

| I live outside of Australia. Can I still purchase My Diamonds from you? |
We welcome you as a client even if you live outside of Australia. You will be exempt from paying Australian Taxes, (10%). Therefore, you will only incur freight, handling and shipping costs (between $150 - $200 AUD).
International customs regulations state that goods imported into a country may be subject to import duties and taxes – these are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods (the client).
It is advisable to contact your local customs office for information regarding your own country.

| Can my diamond be laser inscribed? |
| A laser inscription service is available for an additional charge of $165 incl. GST. Please speak to your Diamond Consultant regarding the message you desire. Laser inscriptions chosen by the client other than the certificate number deem the diamond non-returnable. |

| All rings and metals can be resized at a cost of $50 - $75, apart from a two tone ring, which would have to be examined by a jeweller to ensure a satisfactory result. |

| These diamonds are rare and can be supplied for specific orders. Coloured diamonds are popular in certain markets. Please discuss your requirements with your Diamond Consultant. There is no return policy on fancy coloured diamonds, as they are sourced to order. |

Our head master craftsman has been designing and making jewellery for over 25 years and has made some of the most exquisite jewellery in the world. Trained in Belgium, he has the experience and knowledge to ensure that our customers are always delighted with their pieces and that his craftsmanship will passed onto to our other master jewellers.
