Diamonds has never been asked for a
refund and we are confident that the high quality and superb designs of our
beautiful jewellery and diamonds will live up to your expectations. Our
customer service is second to none and our aim is always that every client who
purchases a diamond or piece of jewellery from us will be totally happy.
However, we realise for whatever reason, you may have occasion to return your
purchase.
It's for this reason that My Diamonds offer you a 100% Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will
do everything possible to rectify any issues. However, if we are unable to
resolve issues to a 100% satisfactory level we will give a complete refund.
The My Diamonds 14 Day
Return/Refund Policy
- We
sincerely advise My Diamonds clients to carefully check their purchase on
delivery, before removing any tags attached to the item or disposing of
any packaging.
- If you require to return your
item, please email support@mydiamonds.com.au
to inform us of your intention to return the piece. We will then
issue you with a Return Number via email. Please ensure that your item is
returned within the 14 day time frame (14 days from date of invoice).
Return items received out of the 14 day time frame will be accepted at the
discretion of 'My Diamonds'.
- International
items should be returned as soon as Return Number is received.
- If you are
returning more than one item from a multiple order please ensure that
these items are clearly marked on your return email and shipped
together. This is to prevent part of an order being lost.
- Item(s)
must be returned intact, with tags attached, unworn and in the original
condition. (We regret that My
Diamonds is unable to accept the return of any item that is not intact
with original labels, has been worn or is not in it's original condition.)
- All items
should be returned via Special
Delivery or FedEx. Please
retain proof of postage.
- Please
return item in it's original packaging with all documentation (including
diamond certificates) and ensure that is it securely wrapped for
transportation.
- Bespoke
items that are not carried in our usual stock cannot be exchanged or
returned under any circumstances. We pride ourselves on ensuring
that our bespoke clients are completely happy with their purchase before
delivery is made.
Receiving Your Refund.
- Refunds
will be made to the original purchaser's credit card on receipt by 'My Diamonds' of unworn, undamaged and correctly
tagged returns within 30 days.(excluding shipping charges).
Exchanges
- If you
wish to exchange an item please contact 'My Diamonds' via email at support@mydiamonds.com.au
or call 1800 766 567
- A charge
will be made for any difference in cost of the items plus any additional
taxes, import duties and shipping.
- If you
require your item quickly, you can make a purchase and we will happily
refund your original purchase on it's receipt by 'My Diamonds'.

system before any refunds can be made.
