Free Shipping within Australia
We provide free
overnight shipping on all orders within Australia, regardless of order amount. In addition to free shipping, rest
confident that all items are securely packaged and fully insured while in
transit to your home or office.
For your protection, My Diamonds always:
- Insures all items for their full value.
- Uses Express Post Platinum Service, Australian Air Express and
FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
- Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical
business or home address only.
- Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses (please contact us for
delivery to PO Box addresses)
- Requires an adult to sign for the package.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
At the time your order is placed, we will collect your billing and shipping
information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be
shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although
alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package
shipped to a local Australian Air Express or FedEx station for pick-up. You may
call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest Australian Air
Express or FedEx facility.
International Shipping
My Diamonds offers shipping and insurance for
customers residing outside Australia. The shipping and insurance for
international customers is AU$150 + 1% of total order amount for customers pay
by bank wire and AU$150 + 3% of total order amount for customers paying by
credit card. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT/GST,
taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with
local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. International customers will receive a
refund for Australian GST (The GST amount is calculated by dividing the
display price by 11)

Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) - Duty Free
The TRS enables you to claim
a refund, subject to certain conditions, of the goods and services tax (GST)
that you pay on your piece of jewellery or diamonds you purchase from us.
DUTY FREE
Essentials:
- The
duty on jewellery/diamonds has been replaced by the GST (10%)
- GST can be claimed back if purchased within 30 days of travelling
- Must show tax invoice at customs
- Must take goods with you through customs
- Minimum purchase $300 (incl GST) on the one tax invoice
- You can open and use the goods within the 30 days prior to departure
