Five extremely rare type IIb blue diamonds unearths from the famous Cullinan diamond mine in South Africa. All found within one week. The diamonds weigh: 25.75, 21.25, 17.57, 11.42 and 9.61 carats. All these diamonds are assessed to be individually formed. The last blue diamonds from the Cullinan mine found in September 2019 was a 20 carat stone which was sold at auction for AU$21 million.
The owners of these diamonds might just hold on to these until the global Covid-19 sitation settled and the global diamond markets start firing again.
