The $500,000,000 'Hair and Jewel' Campaign by Graff

This is the advertisement to end all others, 'the Graff $500,000,000 Hair and Jewel campaign'.  In the 1970s, Graff launched its company with the $1,000,000 Hair and Jewel campaign.  Today; a generation later, Graff revisits one of the most successful campaigns ever, by going up a gear...or five.   The campaign features a models wearing $5,000,000 of rare and valuable diamonds entwined a coiffure that wouldn't look out of place on Marie Antoinette.  The stunning model's specially sculpted hairstyle shows these beautiful gems off in a way that highlights the exquisite diamonds from every angle.  This flag-ship advertisement is thought to have been resurrected to celebrate Laurence Graff's sixtieth year in the business, and to highlight the opening of his fortieth store.   In 1970, Graff's model wore an ornate design of diamonds and jewels in her hair that was styled in the royal hair fashion of 18th century Versailles. Today's model  wears 22 jewels, including two diamond brooches with stones cut from the 550-carat Letšeng Star as well as some of Graff's most rare diamonds. This haul of bounty that the model wears to stunning effect in her hair includes pendants, bracelets, rings and brooches, including a pink and white diamond-flower brooch, created with pear-shaped diamonds and outlined by rare pink diamonds, completed by a diamond encrusted stalk and leaves.  The brooch showcases three D flawless diamonds and one pear shaped D internally flawless diamond, all cut from the Letseng Star.  The original diamond was discovered in Lesotho, at the Gem Diamonds' Letseng Mine. Other Graff diamonds also appear in the campaign including a 56.15-carat, D, internally flawless heart-shaped ring, a 23.61-carat, D, internally flawless diamond ring and a 23.20-carat internally flawless marquise-shaped diamond ring. The fabulous coiffure also displays fancy colored diamonds such as  a 52.73-carat, emerald-cut, fancy vivid yellow ring, a 6.50-carat, internally flawless, oval-shaped, fancy intense pink  ring and a 5.25-carat, cushion-cut, fancy vivid blue ring.  The 1970s version was astonishing, but this latest campaign is utterly sensational!
