Payment Schedule
A deposit secures your layby; the balance is paid in monthly instalments. Each instalment includes a $12.95 monthly admin fee. You may pay an instalment early or pay more than the scheduled amount at any time.

Credit Card
Prefer to pay by card? Each scheduled payment can be made securely by Visa or Mastercard through PayWay — there is no card surcharge. Where a Pay by card button appears next to a payment in the schedule above, it opens PayWay's secure hosted page for that exact amount.
American Express is not accepted. We never see or store your card details — card payments are handled entirely by PayWay (Westpac).
Prefer to pay by card? We can email you a secure PayWay payment link for any scheduled payment — just contact us and we'll arrange it. Visa and Mastercard, no surcharge.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
As these items are made to order exclusively to your requirements, a layby deposit of 10% of the order total is required on acceptance of this agreement. The balance is paid in monthly instalments per the schedule above.
Changes
Once production has commenced, no major changes, alterations, cancellations or refunds are possible.
Delivery
The item is delivered once production is complete and the layby is paid in full. We are not responsible for third-party carrier delays. A signature may be required. Parcels are insured until delivery. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership
All items remain the property of Monroe Yorke Diamonds until paid for in full.
Tax Invoice
A tax invoice will be issued upon acceptance of this agreement, reflecting your current payment status.
Diamond Certificates
Grading and valuation certificates are issued as hard copies and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. Please store them securely.
Offer Period
This agreement is available for acceptance for a reasonable period. We may withdraw the offer at any time before acceptance if circumstances change.
Warranty
These items are covered by a lifetime warranty, provided all repairs, resizing and alterations are carried out by Monroe Yorke Diamonds. Third-party repairs void the warranty. Damage from wear, accidents or improper care is not covered.
Foreign Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Privacy
Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

- A deposit of 10% of the order total is required to commence the lay-by.
- The balance is paid in monthly instalments as set out in the payment schedule above. Each instalment includes a $12.95 monthly admin fee.
- All purchases must be finalised within the lay-by period shown above, otherwise the goods will be returned to stock.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer, or by credit card using the secure PayWay link provided for a scheduled payment.
- You may pay an instalment early, or pay more than the scheduled amount, at any time.
- The lay-by cannot be cancelled or altered once it has commenced.
- If a lay-by is cancelled, or is not settled within the lay-by period, any monies paid may be forfeited.
- Monroe Yorke Diamonds will not increase the price of the item during the lay-by period.
- Your item will be delivered within 6 weeks after all instalments have been paid in full.
- Please notify Monroe Yorke Diamonds if your contact details change.

- If the final balance is not received within the required period, any monies paid may be forfeited.
