Once production has commenced, no major changes, alterations, cancellations or refunds are possible.
Items are delivered once production is complete and payment is received in full. We are not responsible for third-party carrier delays. A signature may be required. Parcels are insured until delivery. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
All items remain the property of Monroe Yorke Diamonds until paid for in full.
A tax invoice will be issued upon acceptance of this order, reflecting your current payment status.
Grading and valuation certificates are issued as hard copies and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. Please store them securely.
This offer is available for acceptance until the Offer Valid Until date and time shown above. We may withdraw our offer at any time before acceptance if circumstances change.
These items are covered by a lifetime warranty, provided all repairs, resizing and alterations are carried out by Monroe Yorke Diamonds. Third-party repairs void the warranty. Damage from wear, accidents or improper care is not covered.
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
