    Our Lifetime Warranty Explained

    We stand behind our work with a comprehensive lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your jewellery that is a result of a manufacturing fault, we will repair it at no charge to you.

    This warranty is valid under the following conditions:

    • The jewellery has not been damaged as a result of misuse, lack of care, or accidents (such as hard blows, exposure to harsh chemicals, or being dropped).
    • The jewellery has not been altered, resized, engraved, or repaired by any party other than Monroe Yorke Diamonds.
    • The integrity of the piece has been maintained, and necessary repairs have not been neglected.

    Please note that this guarantee does not cover issues that arise from normal wear-and-tear. This includes, but is not limited to, rhodium plating on white gold wearing away over time, scratches, or the gradual loosening of settings due to everyday use. We recommend regular professional cleanings and inspections to ensure your heirloom piece remains in perfect condition.
