LIFETIME JEWELLERY GUARANTEE
All of our diamond jewellery is manufactured using the highest quality materials to exacting standards and is inspected by us and our independent gemmologist prior to shipment. We are therefore able to provide you with this Lifetime Guarantee that our jewellery is free from manufacturing defects.
OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewellery, you can return it to us for inspection. If the problem is a manufacturing fault, we will repair it at no charge to you provided that the item of jewellery has not been:
damaged due to mishandling or inappropriate use (exposing the item of jewellery to hard blows, rough work, heavy sporting activities and the like);
altered, resized, engraved or repaired by anyone else other than Monroe Yorke Diamonds;
damaged as a result of a failure to obtain repairs required to maintain the integrity of the item; or
damaged in any way as a result of normal everyday wear-and-tear.
If the damage is as a result of any of these causes listed above, then we will repair the item of jewellery at your cost.
Jewellery manufactured from white gold is plated with rhodium to enhance its appearance. It is possible for this rhodium plating to wear off during normal wear and tear. This Lifetime Guarantee excludes rhodium plating.
