Most custom pieces take 4–8 weeks from design approval to completion. Complex designs with intricate settings or rare stones may take up to 12 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your initial consultation.

Our process begins with a free consultation where we discuss your vision, preferences, and budget. We then create detailed CAD renders for your approval, make any revisions needed, source the finest materials, and handcraft your piece in our Australian workshop. You're involved at every step.

Absolutely. We welcome heirloom stones and previously purchased gems. Our certified gemmologists will assess your stones for suitability and incorporate them into your new design at no additional charge for the assessment.

Every Monroe Yorke custom creation comes with our lifetime structural warranty, complimentary annual professional cleaning and inspection, a certificate of authenticity, and full insurance valuation documentation.

We include up to three rounds of detailed CAD design revisions at no additional cost. Most clients are delighted by the second iteration. Additional revisions, if needed, are accommodated at a modest fee.

We work with 18K yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold, as well as 950 platinum and 950 palladium. All our diamonds are GIA or IGI certified, and we source sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and other precious gemstones from ethical suppliers.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to begin work on your custom piece, with the balance due upon completion before delivery. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and offer interest-free payment plans for orders over $5,000.

Absolutely. You'll receive photorealistic 3D CAD renders before any metalwork begins. We also provide progress photos during the crafting process. For local clients, we welcome workshop visits by appointment.

Yes, we ship worldwide via insured express courier. All international shipments include full insurance coverage, tracking, and customs documentation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
