Yes. Our 6-month in-house layby is completely interest-free — you pay the ticket price and nothing more. Zip also offers interest-free terms when payments are made on time, subject to their published terms and conditions.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Our 6-month in-house layby requires a 10% deposit to start your order — the remaining balance is paid across flexible interest-free instalments over six months. Zip requires no deposit: approval is handled by Zip and your piece ships immediately.
Who can access financing?
Our financing options are available to Australian customers only. For international customers, please contact our team on 1800 766 567 to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
When will my jewellery be shipped?
For our in-house layby, your piece is crafted and dispatched once the full balance has been paid. For Zip purchases, your item ships immediately after checkout — exactly the same as any regular order, fully insured and overnight.
