Having never proposed before and never bought anything this expensive online before, I was naturally apprehensive about purchasing an engagement ring online. However my fiancé loved the designs.I spoke to Sean several times as I was narrowing down my selection to which, Sean was an incredible help throughout the process. Overall it was about 1.5 month process from selecting, placing the order and receiving the ring. When it arrived (with GIA and valuation documentation) it was amazing.I will personally recommend Monroe Yorke to my friends as they were incredibly friendly, helpful and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process.

It was a fantastic, easy experience organising my now fiances new engagement ring, she couldn't be happier with it! Ordering the ring online I found without physically seeing the ring before purchase the Monroe Yorke website has brilliantly photographed representations of their designs. This allowed me to be confident that I would get something very similar to what I saw in the pictures. Indeed what you see is what you get and the wholesale price was much more competitive than what I saw in any shopfront.

I was on a bit of a deadline with the plan to propose on an overseas holiday and the Monroe Yorke staff had the ring down from their workshop in Queensland to me in Melbourne overnight after completion with a total turnaround from order to delivery of less than a month. Hopefully I'll never need to buy another engagement ring however I'd recommend Monroe Yorke to anyone who does.

The wedding bands arrived today. We are so happy, they are perfect! The men’s one is slightly too small so after the wedding we will have to organise to resize it.

My recent experience with MY Diamonds was beyond everything I ever expected for an online purchase. Two weeks ago, I received my custom made engagement ring from Monroe Yorke Diamonds. The ring Monroe Yorke created for us was truly amazing. It was way beyond my expectations. I received super communication from Tyler right throughout the process as well.

I gave them an initial brief of what I was after. They created a design and sent me detailed drawings. Their initial design was better than what I had in mind. Tyler also recommended some changes to my initial idea. I am glad he made those recommendations that were incorporated into the final design. I also received details of the diamond they suggested for my ring. It was a GIA certified triple excellent diamond. I was happy with what I was offered and proceed with the order.

Even after the order was placed, Tyler kept me updated on how they were going. He even sent me pictures of my ring being made. Once the ring was completed Tyler called me and organised delivery. I received the ring in a beautiful box, GIA certificate and Valuation certificate.

I am truly happy with the ring and the service I received. I proposed to my new fiancée last week and she absolutely loves the ring as well.

Both my Engagement and Wedding ring were made by Monroe Yorke. My Fiancé had a very good experience with them when choosing a diamond and designing a ring. When it came time to buy a wedding ring, the team made sure that it would match nicely with my engagement ring and suggested modifications from the standard design to ensure it would be perfect. A few days before our wedding, the team arranged for polishing of my engagement ring for no charge. I would recommend Monroe Yorke for sure!

It is a scary experience ordering anything online, however, I had the best experience!! I was given a time frame for when the ring would be ready and indeed the ring was ready then.
