You have 14 days to return any stock piece for a full refund, no questions asked. You have 60 days to bring it back for a complimentary resize. And any manufacturing issue is covered for life. Custom-designed pieces have a separate return policy — ask your specialist when you enquire.
Stock settings paired with a selected diamond can usually ship within 5–7 business days. A fully custom piece typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity. We'll give you a firm timeline at the design consultation — and we meet it.

The Diamond Search opens up the wider global market of GIA- and IGI-certified stones, so you can find the exact combination of shape, colour, clarity and carat you're after. Those diamonds are held with our trusted supply partners and secured once you select them, not kept on-site with us. Every stone — whichever route you choose — comes with its original independent grading report and passes a final quality review by a Monroe Yorke gemologist before it's set in your ring.
