Frequently asked

Lab grown and mined diamonds are the same crystal, but produced through different processes. The manufacturing cost of a lab grown diamond is lower, and that difference passes through to the retail price. Both are graded on the same IGI or GIA scale and carry the same warranty from us.
Total carat weight is the combined weight of both stones. Per-ear is half. So a pair listed as 1.00ct total is two 0.50ct stones, one in each ear. Every product page shows both figures.
A stud jacket is a diamond halo that slides over the post of a stud you already own. It transforms a solitaire into a halo without a new setting. Jackets are sold separately, matched to a specific stud size.
Push back is the familiar butterfly. Slides on and grips the post. Easy, everyday. Screw back is a threaded post the butterfly screws down onto, will not work loose. Lock nut is a spring loaded post with a nut that clicks into place, the most secure of the three, and the easiest to fasten one-handed.
No. Our range is 9ct or 18ct gold, and Platinum 950. 14ct sits between the two on cost, colour and durability, and we have found there is not enough Australian demand to justify holding stock. If you have a specific reason for wanting 14ct, message us.
