What is Monroe Yorke Couples Sync?
Couples Sync is a free, private shared folder that lets two partners plan an engagement ring together. Both of you browse Monroe Yorke on your own time, save the rings you love, tag each one by who loves it, and a Monroe Yorke specialist replies privately inside the folder. No account, no password, no public link.
Does shopping together ruin the proposal surprise?
No. Couples Sync is a planning tool, not a checkout. You build the shortlist together — the proposal itself, the timing, the moment, the final ring choice and any custom touches stay with whoever is buying.
Your partner knows their taste was heard. They do not know when the question is coming.
Do we need to create an account?
No. Your folder is identified by a private link we email to both of you. Anyone with the link can view and add to the folder, so only share it with each other. There is no login, no password to remember and no profile to manage.
How private is the folder?
The folder is reachable only by its private link — Google and other search engines do not index it, and we do not list folders publicly anywhere. Only the two of you and the Monroe Yorke specialist who replies can see what is inside.
The folder is automatically removed 90 days after it was last opened.
Can we save rings from outside Monroe Yorke?
Yes. Upload an inspiration photo from Pinterest, Instagram or anywhere else — any image that captures what you love. We will tell you our closest match, or our Sydney atelier can create a similar design for you. Uploaded images are scanned for unsafe content before they are saved.
What happens after we have a shortlist?
Either start a private consultation directly inside the folder, or visit any of our showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth to see your favourites in person. Most of our engagement rings are made-to-order in four to eight weeks — there is plenty of time to plan the proposal once the ring is decided.
How long does the folder last?
Ninety days from the last time it was opened. Each visit resets the clock, so a folder you both keep using stays available for as long as you need it. If a folder has not been opened in three months it quietly retires itself.
