About twenty per cent we cut from rough ourselves, done overseas by cutters we have worked with for years. The rest we buy from the market, but only stones that meet our proportional standard.

For engagement rings, honestly, yes. The video is high-resolution and specific, you see the exact stone, not a category. Video also means both of you can be on the call from anywhere, at any time. A lot of Canberra couples find that easier than trying to align diaries for a Sydney showroom visit.
