Every Monroe Yorke piece is made one at a time, to a specific brief. A fifteen-minute call lets us understand your design, your timing and your budget — so when we sit together at the showroom, every minute is spent on the piece you'll actually wear.

A relaxed conversation with one of our jewellery consultants. No sales pitch — just the right questions so we can prepare properly before you visit us.
Your design
Tell us what you have in mind — a specific design from our collection, a stone you've been sent, or something custom you've sketched. We'll listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions.
Your timing and priorities
Whether you're proposing in three weeks or quietly exploring, we'll tailor the conversation around what matters to you — your style, the people involved, the moment you're planning for.
What happens next
By the end of the call, you'll know exactly what's possible, the timeline, and what makes sense for you. If a showroom visit makes sense, we'll book one and have the right pieces ready for you to see.

After the call, we'll book your visit at whichever of our showrooms is most convenient for you. We'll have the designs and stones you're most interested in already set aside and waiting — so when you arrive, your time with us is spent on the pieces you actually came to see.
