The cushion cut is the oldest shape still in regular use, and there's a reason it hasn't gone anywhere.
Softer corners than a princess. More depth than a round. It holds light as warmth rather than fire, and on most hands it reads a size larger than its carat weight suggests.
Summer sets that centre stone inside a halo of round brilliants, then carries diamonds down the band. The halo does two jobs. It lifts the apparent size of the centre, and it means the ring catches light from any angle rather than only straight on. Across a table. In a restaurant. In a photograph nobody warned you about.
Our diamonds are cut for perfect light return rather than weight retention. That's why a Monroe Yorke stone flashes white while the one beside it sits quiet.
Your centre diamond is chosen separately, and that's deliberate
You pick it. Natural or lab grown, GIA or IGI certified. We'll put the options in front of you side by side rather than describing them down a phone line, because the difference between two stones on paper and the same two stones under a light is the whole point.
Platinum, or one of six golds
Summer is made in 14ct and 18ct white, yellow and rose gold, and in 950 platinum. Platinum is the heaviest and the most forgiving across a lifetime of wear. The 14ct golds are the most affordable way into the design. Rose sits warmest against most skin tones. None of them is the right answer on its own, which is why we make all seven.
Ten stages, four to eight weeks
Every Summer is created in our Australian workshop and hand-finished by our master jeweller. Ten stages, four to eight weeks from the day your centre diamond is confirmed. None of that is fast, and it isn't meant to be.

Care & warranty
Everyday wear
Your ring is hand-finished for daily wear. Take it off for the gym, contact sports, gardening, and heavy manual work. Diamonds are the hardest natural material but can chip on impact against another diamond or a metal surface. Chlorine from pools accelerates gold's oxidation over years, rinse the ring after swimming.
Cleaning at home
Weekly: warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, a soft toothbrush, and pat dry. Focus on the underside of the centre diamond and behind the setting, where skin oils collect and dull the light return.
Professional maintenance
Every 12 to 18 months at any of our four showrooms. Included in the lifetime warranty at no cost. We ultrasonic-clean, re-tip any worn prongs, polish the band, and inspect the setting under 10x loupe.
Resize policy
Complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days, resizes are $180 within Australia (we cover return shipping both ways). Turnaround is five to seven business days.
Warranty scope
Lifetime warranty covers workmanship, prong integrity, and metal wear. Does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or wear from harsh chemicals. Every warranty claim starts with a free inspection at any of our four showrooms or by mail-in.
