About the Rope chain
A Rope chain is built from twisted strands of fine gold that wind around each other like a fibre rope, the most decorative and intricate of the classic chain forms. The hollow construction makes the chain lighter to wear at any given visual width, which is what makes a Rope chain feel substantial without being heavy. The diamond-cut finish hand-facets the surface so the chain catches light like multiple thinner chains worn at once. Made in Italy by master goldsmiths.

Solid gold is one of the lowest-maintenance metals you can own. Warm soapy water and a soft cloth weekly keeps it bright. Avoid wearing in chlorinated pools (chlorine attacks the 9ct alloy over time) and remove before applying perfume or hair products.
