Norah sets a cushion cut diamond inside two halos of round brilliant diamonds. The inner halo sits tight against the centre stone and the outer halo steps out and slightly down, so the centre diamond reads considerably larger than its carat weight alone would suggest.
Seen side on, the halo disk sits low and close to the finger rather than perched above it. That keeps the ring steady on the hand, easier to wear alongside a wedding band, and less inclined to catch.
Fifty diamonds surround and support the centre stone: thirty six across the two halos and fourteen claw set along the shoulders, 0.65ct in total. They run roughly two thirds of the way around, leaving the back of the band smooth against the finger.
The setting head
The head is white metal on every version of Norah. On a yellow or rose gold band that contrast holds the halos bright and stops the small diamonds taking on warmth from the metal around them. The band is yours to choose.
Your centre diamond
Norah is made around a diamond you choose, from 0.50ct to 1.60ct. A cushion cut is the shape the halos were drawn for and it is what you see in these photographs. A round brilliant or an oval also sits well inside the double halo if you prefer either of those.
Natural diamonds are GIA certified. Lab grown diamonds are IGI certified. You see the certificate before the ring is made.
Metals
Norah is available in 950 platinum and in 14ct or 18ct white, yellow and rose gold. Platinum is the densest of these and holds its white colour without plating. White gold is finished with rhodium, which can be renewed over the years to keep it bright.
