A 2.50 carat black diamond, set in platinum, surrounded by a halo
The Jetta in Platinum is the largest version of this design we make. A 2.50 carat natural black diamond at the centre, surrounded by a halo of small white accent diamonds, the entire assembly set in 950 platinum. The platinum metal is denser and more secure than any gold variant, which matters at this carat weight. The halo claws hold their tension longer in platinum than in 14ct or 18ct gold.
Black diamonds at 2.50 carats are rare. A natural black diamond of this size carries the geological depth that only earth-formed stones have. The contrast against the platinum and the white diamond halo is what makes this ring read. From across a room, you see a single dark point. Up close, the halo's circular geometry becomes visible.
Available with natural ($6,495) or lab grown ($5,195) centre diamond, in 950 platinum or 18ct white gold variants. The platinum version is the considered choice for a ring of this presence.
