A black centre diamond, framed by a halo of white, in white gold
Most engagement rings begin with a colourless centre stone and work outward. The Jetta begins with a black diamond. A natural black diamond has a depth no other stone can replicate, an opacity that catches light from the surface rather than from inside. The white gold band and halo of small white diamonds around it create the contrast that makes this ring read.
White gold is the cleanest metal to set a black diamond against. The metal disappears against the colour of the centre stone, making the diamond read as a single distinct point. The halo of small white diamonds completes the contrast.
Natural black diamond centre, white diamond halo, in 14ct or 18ct white gold (and yellow or rose gold as variants). The natural diamond option is $5,895. The lab grown black diamond version (chemically identical, IGI certified) is $4,495.

Who this ring is for
You want a black diamond centre and you want the cleanest possible setting around it. White gold disappears against the centre stone, making the diamond do all the visual work. The Jetta in white gold is the most considered version of this design.

Diamonds are the hardest natural substance, but the metals around them aren't. Remove your ring before lifting, sport, or applying lotions. Clean weekly at home in warm soapy water with a soft toothbrush.
